
Personal growth through creative pursuit
Consciously approaching a creative practice with the intention of developing self awareness brings a special kind of alchemy to the process and the outcome.
When this intention is then supported with simple mediative processes the stage is set for a transformative creative practice.
One that downregulates our nervous system so that we can invest the energy that maybe held in stress, anxiety or distraction and channel it into single pointed creative awareness.
This state of awareness is often referred to as flow state.
In this state we find that time often disappears as the process itself becomes intrinsically rewarding. We find that our attention rests on the task for prolonged periods of time leaving us feeling more energised and contented than when we started.
The Creative Practice develops awareness, confidence, creative insight and problem solving skills while giving us a relaxing way of digesting and making sense of the world and our place in it.
A structured approach to a prolific creative process
The Creative Practice is made up of 3 pillars. Within each pillar participants will be guided through 3 modules that will form a structured process in which their art form will flourish. After each pillar the participant will be given a take home task with which to explore integrating into their daily life. On completion of the course each participant with have the tools and structure to confidently begin a creative practice that will enhance their connection with themselves and their chosen artform.
